Estimated Time of Arrival is an experimental piece that focuses on using movement throughout the performance to portray the unknowns and the different paths that can be taken in life. Both string players were given creative freedom to improvise on a set of notes and dynamic markings, expressing both the player’s style as well as their interpretation of “the journey.”
